By purchasing products and services from our vendors, you are taking the first step in trying high quality CBD and other phyto-botanical Green Nurse Approved products.
You are demonstrating that you understand that these products are not a magic pill or cure-all and you are trying it at your own risk. We make no medical claims or promises. We can not be responsible for how you use the product and the results. We can only assure you that you are getting exactly what our vendors claim to sell.
We stand behind the quality of our vendor’s products. However, if something seems out of the ordinary, we are not responsible. Please contact the vendor directly.
All educational program purchases are non refundable.
All consultations are partially refundable within 3 days of booking an appointment with cause. All cases will be reviewed by the Executive Team at Holistic Caring.
To initiate a refund: email us at [email protected] with the details or through our Contact page and we will evaluate your request. Your credit will be refunded to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
CANCELLATIONS and RESCHEDULING
There is a partial refund for cancellations. Rescheduling your appointment has to take place within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment and you will have to pay the full amount again.
