May Flowers are Still Blooming!

Happy May, from a distance. It’s been quite the Spring, and my prayers go out for the health and safety of you and your loved ones. It’s also Nurses month and I send my heartfelt gratitude to all healthcare professionals. At this time of seismic shifts, when pulse oximetry, temperature scans, and toilet paper are the must-have items, we must keep calm and carry on. COVID-19 anxieties are straining our interconnected systems.

As you reach out to each help other, remember to care for your ECS first, like putting on a life vest. Prevention is the best medicine, and whole food nutrition, movement, rest, connection, faith, and phytocannabinoids are our finest tools to reduce inflammation and lower anxiety in an adaptive and natural way. Our need to be healthy is great, and plant cannabinoids like CBD and THC can help provide the fine tuning for our endocannabinoid system (ECS) to balance the neurological and immune systems.

Israeli teams exploring CBD’s anti-inflammatory potential in 3 clinical trials hope to determine the efficacy of CBD as a tool against COVID-19, pairing CBD with steroids to enhance response. Cannabis will turn down the stress response in your body by promoting a state of presence, helping you deal with this. This plant can play a crucial role in regulating our imbalanced physiologies with a feedback mechanism to restore homeostasis. Every human has an ECS that can be modulated by phytocannabinoids, wiping out health disparities through a more economical path. When self-care is the only care, all of us need to learn that plant medicine might make the difference between health and co-morbidities.

May 1st was to be the San Diego live training launch of the Holistic Caring Cannabis Health Coach licensing program. Instead, on June 1st we will launch an online course that will reach nationwide! Healthcare professionals across America can learn how to effectively coach others towards integrative health with cannabinoids as part of the tool kit. My dream is to build a network for Cannabis medicine, filled with knowledge and tools. If you know holistic professionals who want to add cannabis to their practice, send them our way. Cannabis for Health: Become a Coach is published! An ideal complement for the health coaching program, it is written for all to learn the practical applications that reduce symptoms of chronic disease and boost wellness. Upcoming live speaking events will have books on site, and yes I would love to sign yours! Stay healthy and well, and let us know if you’d like a consult, a pre-order for the online course, or a book.

The book is here! Two years of research and writing created Cannabis for Health: Become a Coach. It is ready for purchase in soft cover, and the e-book will be posted soon. AuthorHouse Amazon
